Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both manual and automated testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust regression suites, investigate failures, and ensure quality across CI/CD pipelines using Playwright and WebDriverIO based tools.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted QA, on-call rotation, and collaboration with product teams to shape testing strategies for a global fintech platform. Fluency in English and strong problem-solving are essential.

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset focused on holistic quality.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills for Quality Engineering.

Mansioni

• Build regression automation scripts to support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Log pass/fail conditions and correlate to bugs.
