Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automated and manual testing across desktop and mobile applications. You will design, implement, and maintain robust test suites that fit into our CI/CD workflows.

Join a globally distributed team delivering AI-powered fintech solutions, using Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron and React Native. Strong testing of AI-assisted features is a plus, and remote work is welcome.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation and hands-on manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on iOS/Android.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
