Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own manual and automated testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive quality across the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, familiarity with Playwright and WebdriverIO, and experience with AI in QA. Remote-friendly, with opportunities across fintech platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO/Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and optimize speed.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, manage test data.
• Collaborate with developers/product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk.
