Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge, or client service.
• Strong content navigation, proposal writing, and marketing communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute pursuit excellence across Service Line, Region, and Sector.
• Act as brand ambassador and promote EY's self-help pursuit strategy.
• Increase awareness and adoption of PRC products and services within domain teams.
• Share knowledge and best practices; support presentations and training.
• Contribute content and expertise to RFPs and proposals; perform quality reviews.
• Assist with pursuit content processes (outreach, harvesting, curation).
• Maintain EY’s library of pursuit content, tools, and enablers; provide high-touch support.
• Support leadership to build stakeholder relationships and promote PRC value.
• Deliver day-to-day initiatives and ensure KPI inputs are updated accurately.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
