Job summary

EY seeks a PRC Methodology Specialist to advance the IT PRC Framework, aligning risk, controls, and regulatory requirements across programs. You will partner with global teams to implement and evolve risk methodologies and strengthen the organization’s security posture.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with risk frameworks, and ability to drive adoption of policy governance across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT security, risk, or compliance.
• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with ISO, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, CRA, SOX.
• Experience with risk and control concepts to evaluate control effectiveness and improve processes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in IT risk management, governance, and controls frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement of the IT PRC Framework operating model through research of trends, risks, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies for the Methodology Program.
• Develop cross-mappings of PRC controls against policies and standards to strengthen traceability.
• Collaborate with risk, control, compliance, and assessment teams to support control gap assessments and initiatives.
• Support integration and adoption of GRC technologies and tools to strengthen risk management processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional sessions to promote methodology adoption and consistency.
• Promote risk-awareness through Information Security & Awareness campaigns.
