MRM, a Digital Marketing and Advertising multinational, seeks a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day production and team delivery. You will coordinate schedules and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes for multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in project/service management, strong communication, and proficiency with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA, with client-facing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project management or service management in professional services.
• Agency or client-side experience a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience preferred.
• Experience with digital campaigns and project methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall).
• PM Certified is a plus.

Job Description

At MRM BA a Project Manager will manage production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the PM Sr and PM Jr, supervising the schedules and deliverables of each area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.

Main tasks

• Responsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
• Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients and partners
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration

Required Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
• Agency or client-side experience a plus
• MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred
• MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred
• Knowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge/familiarity of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) preferred
• Experience with digital campaigns
• Experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred. PM Certified is a plus
• Verbal and written English skills
