MRM isa Digital Marketing andAdvertising leading multinational company. A Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing production and teams on a day-to-day basis.

Working closely with other PM’s, he is in charge of supervising the schedules and deliverables of the area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production. This role requires 3-6 years in project management, strong English, and experience with agency or client-side projects.

Formación

• 3-6 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
• Agency or client-side experience required.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with PM tools such as Smartsheet and Jira; familiarity with Trello, Notion or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of production tools and CMS; web technologies and UX hosting.
• Experience defining scope of new products/features and identifying bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with CMS, preferably AEM.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies; certifications a plus.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity projects in a limited time framework.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, UX, content, performance/analytics.
• Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders and multifunctional teams.
• Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams.
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
• Coach and mentor other team members; specifically other Project Managers.
• Boost verbal and written communication skills to develop the relationship between the client, the agency and internal team.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company


• Agency or client-side experience


• Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred


• MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) intermediate experience preferred


• Knowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferred


• Deep knowledge of web and related technologies, including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).


• Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks.


• Familiarity with content management systems, preferably in AEM


• Knowledge of agile methodologies, certifications in this regard is a plus.


• Advanced level of English (oral and written)


• Advanced studies or Bachelor's degree in careers related to business: Communication Sciences, Marketing, or Advertising.
