As a Project Manager at CodingIT, you will lead software development projects with a strong focus on problem-solving, execution, and team leadership. We are looking for a professional who understands how complex problems are structured, enjoys finding practical solutions, and can guide teams through ambiguity with clarity and direction.This role goes beyond coordination. You will actively drive decisions, unblock teams, apply structured processes, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders, while leading teams toward predictable and high-quality delivery in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects end-to-end.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary software development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in professional English, able to lead discussions with U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in parallel.
• Experience managing projects for U.S. or other international clients.
• Experience working in software development consultancies or agency environments.
• Exposure to delivery metrics, capacity planning, or operational performance tracking.
• Experience collaborating closely with technical leads or product managers.
• Experience working on projects that involved integrations with Generative AI solutions.
