Job summary

Bluelight Consulting, Llc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Software Development) to lead software initiatives for remote, LATAM-enabled teams. You will drive project scope, budgets, resourcing, and schedules across multiple streams, coordinating with clients and vendors while ensuring milestones meet fixed deadlines.

A strong focus on risk management, change control, and executive communication is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
