BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. You will guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver products or transformations, ensuring efficient execution and high quality.
100% remote role with global teams and strong career development opportunities. Required: 4+ years as a Software Project Manager; deep IT project management with Agile; a Bachelor's in Software Engineering or CS; strong leadership and English
Formación
- 4+ years of experience in software project management.
- Extensive experience in IT with Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good English level, written and spoken.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and monitor project results, coaching and counseling employees as needed.
- Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain quality.
- Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment and growth opportunities.
- Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast profitability.
- Forecast financial results and manage expenditures and variances.
- Identify opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Support strategic plans for implementing technologies.
