Bluelight Consulting, Llc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Software Development) for remote Latin America delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages fixed external deadlines, and ensures quality across multi-site development efforts.

You will oversee scope, budget, resourcing, risk, and vendors, while translating technical concepts for non-technical clients. A bachelor's degree and strong governance practices are required; PMP/CSM/PSM are preferred.

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
