Qualifications

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, project finance, controlling, financial planning, or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational support for project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in month-end close activities and assist with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare management and corporate reports and analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
• Maintain financial reports, databases, and planning tools and support process improvements.
