IQVIA Laboratories in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Project Management Analyst to coordinate low-complexity IT projects under direct supervision. You will maintain project plans, financial trackers, documentation, metrics, and other artifacts while supporting effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating deployments, monitoring communications, handling training records, and preparing forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science or related domain, or equivalent experience required.
• Five years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products.
• Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Coordinate training requests, schedule training sessions, and document completed training.
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, document systems, and Confluence pages.
• Prepare financial forecast drafts and update resource models using project plans, study trackers, and project management system reports.
• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting.
• Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low-complexity projects under close supervision.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in science or related domain, or equivalent experience required
• Five (5) years' experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation
• Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products
• Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, and the Software Development Lifecycle
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to identify project risks and communicate project status clearly and accurately
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, PMO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with laboratory work or clinical trials is a plus
