Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related domain or equivalent experience required.
• Five (5) years' experience in project coordination, project management, or related domain required.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, activities, and priorities across teams.
• Monitor project communications and maintain accurate internal trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate training requests, schedule training sessions, and document completed training.
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, document systems, and Confluence pages.
• Prepare financial forecast drafts and update resource models using project plans, study trackers, and project management system reports.
• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting.
• Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low‑complexity projects under close supervision.
