Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related domain or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with project plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Confluence and project management tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IQVIA client-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes.
• Coordinate deployment schedules and priorities across teams.
• Monitor communications and maintain internal trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate training requests and document completed training.
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, documentation systems, and Confluence pages.
• Prepare financial forecast drafts and update resource models using project plans, study trackers, and project management system reports.
• Generate monthly metrics and collaborate with the PMO to review, finalize, and distribute reporting.
• Manage the scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables of low-complexity projects under close supervision.
