ExxonMobil is seeking a Production & Revenue Accounting Analyst to perform advanced analysis of production and revenue data, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with agreements and regulatory duties.

The role involves bank reconciliations, tax filings, monthly/quarterly closes, and collaboration across multiple teams to maintain financial integrity and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CPA (Accountant) or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Bank reconciliations, accounting entries, tax filings, and payments; analyze variances.
• Sales processing and validation of volumetric data.

• Execute month-end close for assigned areas.
• Engage with business stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Complete government and regulatory reporting accurately and timely.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.

Job Role Description

Production & Revenue Accounting Analyst - Advanced conducts advanced analysis of production and revenue accounting data and supports financial reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable agreements, and performing regulatory and royalty payments and reporting.

What you will do

• Bank reconciliations, accounting entries, tax filings, and payments. Analysis of variances and discrepancies. Transaction processing.
• Sales processing and validation of volumetric aspects.
• Financial close activities (annual, monthly, and quarterly).
• Analysis of expenses and collections investigation of discrepancies.
• Perform month‑end accounting close processes for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Maintain a high level of interaction and engagement with business stakeholders.
• Manage issue resolution inquiries from internal customers and external contacts.
• Complete government and regulatory reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
• Ensure financial integrity and compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in CPA (Accountant), Business Administration, Business Administration with Systems, or Economics.
• Advanced English level and communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge / Experience

• US GAAP.
