You will deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, perform variance analyses, and support executive decision-making with data-driven dashboards.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in accounting, strong Excel and ERP experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Ability to translate metrics into executive dashboards and narratives.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst. In this role, you will transform complex financial transactions and large datasets into clear, actionable financial intelligence. You will bridge the gap between traditional accounting workflows and strategic management reporting to ensure executive decision-making is supported by accurate, data-driven insights.

They maintain a proactive approach, thrive in cross-functional environments requiring ERP performance optimization, and excel at translating technical accounting metrics into clear executive narratives to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analyses comparing actual financial results against historical baselines, forecast models, and corporate budgets.
• Translate complex accounting anomalies, structural discrepancies, and financial metrics into intuitive, executive-ready dashboards and narrative briefs.
• Perform critical month-end and year-end close tasks, including complex accruals, journal entry reviews, and general ledger validation.
• Implement reporting workflow automation to identify bottlenecks and accelerate data compilation.
• Ensure departmental operations adhere strictly to internal compliance parameters and SOX framework controls.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a quantitative business field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience, focusing on data management and executive report preparation.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, pivot tables, data arrays, Power Query) and Tier-1 ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic communication, and autonomy in managing deadline-driven initiatives.

Preferred

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• Experience developing interactive financial dashboards in systems like Power BI, Tableau, or Hyperion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Reporting Accuracy: Precision of monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Process Efficiency: Reduction in manual data handling time via workflow automation.
• Audit Compliance: Adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards and SOX framework.
• Stakeholder Support: Effectiveness of ad-hoc analysis and narrative insights provided to business unit executives.
