Job summary

AppDirect is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join the global revenue accounting team. You will support the close, enhance revenue processes, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate results.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (one day onsite, four days remote) with PTO, comprehensive medical coverage for dependents, and wellness benefits. You’ll review deals in NetSuite, approve ARM arrangements, and help drive efficiency and accuracy in revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of revenue accounting experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ARM or similar systems.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review deals/sales orders in NetSuite to ensure deals are recorded and documented properly, and that documents are audit-ready.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal size.
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization to improve process efficiency and revenue accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in the revenue recognition and close processes.
• Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts.

You will support the revenue team’s close and process improvements while supporting acquisitions, partnering closely with teams across Accounting & Finance, Legal Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful results. This role is a foundational member of our global revenue accounting team. The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of revenue experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ARM system or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
