The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA in mechanical or industrial engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience, knowledge of ISO standards, and proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and welding standards (AWS, ASME) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production and quality on the operations team.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Plan production across work centers and manage KPIs.
• Conduct problem-solving analyses within lean manufacturing.
• Maintain advanced Excel reporting; use MS Project or similar tooling.
