Job summary

DaCodes seeks a UX Analyst for Product Workflows to own the end-to-end design of field-to-report processes in a remote LATAM team. You’ll map workflows, define states, and hand off precise specs to engineering, with a focus on offline use and reliable retries.

This is a process-centered role, not just visuals. You’ll collaborate with a visual designer and report to the Head of Engineering, delivering documented flows and validated prototypes in Figma.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B, SaaS, or field-tools.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to mapping to logic to final.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, errors, and empty cases.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineering can build from.
• Strong Figma for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: using tools to move through options quickly without quality loss.
• Knowledge of accessibility considerations (contrast, tap targets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to review to report.
• Redesign flows to reduce steps and improve usability for real users.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users know status during signal loss.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability checks.
• Provide annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for build.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
