Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Manager, Product Support to lead a high‑performing team serving large enterprise customers. You will oversee escalation resolution, resource coordination, and strong communication across customer, engineering, and executive levels.

You will hire, onboard and coach product support engineers, driving a culture of accountability and exceptional service while optimizing case queue health and support coverage in a global environment.

Formación

• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 4+ years leading a product support team.
• Proven track record of developing top talent and high retention.
• Strong CRM knowledge and customer focus.
• Experience with security platforms, email protection, cloud services, SaaS.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Hire, on‑board, coach and develop the best product support engineers in the industry.
• Drive customer escalations to resolution by leading and engaging with customers directly.
• Manage the overall health of the case queue and phone coverage.
• Identify and manage support metrics, reporting tools, tracking tools and infrastructure, ensuring process-driven activities.
