Proofpoint is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Support to lead a team of Information Security Product Support Engineers. You will manage procedures for prioritizing and resolving customer requests, monitor tickets, coordinate resources, and communicate across customer, engineering, and executive levels.

The role requires a BS degree in a technical field and 4+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on customer service excellence and security platforms knowledge.

Formación

• BS Degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent.
• 4+ years' experience leading a product support team.
• Proven track record of managing top talent and fostering growth.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Information Security Product Support Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive escalations to resolution with customers and engineering teams.
• Manage case queue health and phone coverage.
• Track and report support metrics using CRM and IT tools.
