Proofpoint is seeking an experienced Manager, Product Support to lead a team delivering high-level customer service to large enterprise clients. This role focuses on efficient processes, escalations, and collaboration with engineering and executive stakeholders.

You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop Product Support Engineers, drive metrics, and ensure a positive, productive work environment while maintaining Proofpoint's BRAVE values and commitment to security excellence.

Formación

• BS Degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent.
• 4+ years' experience leading a product support team.
• Proven track record of managing top talent and high retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and service metrics.
• Experience with security platforms, email protection, cloud services, or SaaS.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Product Support Engineers to deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate case prioritization, escalations, and resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Monitor support metrics and reporting tools to drive process improvements.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, engineering and executives.
