You will lead a team of Information Security Product Support Engineers, deliver outstanding service to large enterprise customers, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Your day-to-day includes hiring and coaching engineers, driving escalations to resolution, managing case queue health, and communicating with customers, engineering and executives to align

Formación

• BS Degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent.
• 4+ years' experience leading a product support team.
• Proven track record of developing talent and retaining staff.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and mentor product support engineers; hire, onboard, coach.
• Drive escalations to resolution with customers and engineers.
• Monitor case queue health and provide staffing coverage.
• Track and report support metrics to improve processes.
