EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager with strong AI knowledge to lead major projects in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and collaboration.

You will coordinate across teams to maintain alignment with company objectives, manage multiple projects, and build robust client relationships while guiding diverse teams through planning, execution, and delivery challenges.

Formación

• No less than five years of relevant experience within a technical engineering field.
• At least two years in roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner.
• Documented success leading projects that include teams of five or more full-time personnel.
• Extensive expertise in solution architecture combined with applied skill in AI technologies.
• Functional Python scripting ability with a foundational grasp of core AI technologies.
• Experience across Digital Project Management and Delivery Management in varied project types.
• Understanding of Delivery Management as it relates to cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Background in Digital Marketing Project Management, aiding in marketing campaigns.
• Strong English proficiency, minimum level B2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from their earliest stages through final delivery, ensuring outcomes align with company targets.
• Act as the main contact bridging internal teams with external partners during project timelines.
• Set planning structures with deadlines, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Oversee multiple active projects, identifying risks early and addressing them swiftly.
• Arrange status meetings and communicate updates to executives and key audiences.
• Develop and preserve strong client connections to stay aligned with priorities and deliverables.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability and ownership.
• Review project scope, budgets, and schedules when conditions change.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver more effective approaches.
