General Motors South America seeks a Pricing Analyst (APU) for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. You will lead pricing and incentives strategy, support weekly pricing reports, and partner with Finance and Sales Ops to drive market results in the Atlantic cluster.

Hybrid role requiring on-site presence 3 days per week and collaboration with regional teams on special projects and annual launches. English proficiency and advanced Excel/PowerPoint are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business or similar areas.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and AI management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Commercial Pricing Strategy for each month, quarter and year, which includes both consolidation and communication to the rest of the Sales Ops Leadership.
• Support for APU’s weekly pricing reports, such as MSRP/Net Price Monitor, and monthly meetings such as Market Overview, PPI & SA PPI.
• Cooperate and generate the lead negotiations with our Financial Business Partners (GPAT/GMF).
• Design pricing and incentives strategies for all sales channel in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
• Generate presentations and sales leadership in decision-making processes to provide market vision to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets.
• Participate in and lead projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing Team, such as product launches, Annual meetings, Dealer Conventions or other Innovate Meetings.
