General Motors is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst to lead pricing and incentives strategy for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The role collaborates with innovation teams and Sales Ops, reporting monthly on pricing performance and supporting regional decisions.

The candidate will negotiate with Financial Partners, prepare market analyses, and contribute to major initiatives with Sales Leadership and Marketing. Hybrid work in Buenos Aires is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or Business or similar field.
• Experience in pricing or sales ops is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional impact.

Pricing Senior Analyst### Pricing Senior AnalystApply: Hybrid: Buenos Aires, Argentina: Full time: Posted Today: JR-202623015**Job Description****Hybrid**: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) **Pricing Analyst (APU) Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay** In this strategic role you will serve as the focal point for sales operations in the Atlantic market, leading the pricing & incentives strategy for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (APU), working with innovation and interacting with other countries of the region in special projects. This position also involves supporting and advising the Commercial Executive Leadership team at General Motors in the Atlantic Cluster, and also working with other APU’s Sales Ops Teams such as Finance, Forecast and DNV. **What you will do/Responsibilities:** Develop the Commercial Pricing Strategy for each month, quarter and year, which includes both consolidation and communication to the rest of the Sales Ops Leadership. Support for APU’s weekly pricing reports, such as MSRP/Net Price Monitor, and monthly meetings such as Market Overview, PPI & SA PPI. Cooperate and generate the lead negotiations with our Financial Business Partners (GPAT/GMF). Design pricing and incentives strategies for all sales channel in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. Generate presentations and sales leadership in decision-making processes to provide market vision to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets. Participate in and lead projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing Team, such as product launches, Annual meetings, Dealer Conventions or other Innovate Meetings. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineer, Marketing, Business or similar areas. Previous experience in similar positions. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills. Intermediate English Level.
