Qualifications

• 2+ years of managing paid ad campaigns.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Research keywords and audiences.
• Write ad copy and work with designers on creatives.
• Monitor budgets, bids and performance every day.
• Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
• Report results (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and recommend next steps.
