Plumber Marketing USA is seeking a senior Paid Search Strategist to own the paid media strategy for a portfolio of home services clients. You will lead campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max, optimizing budgets and landing pages with AI tools.

Role requires 5+ years in Google Ads, certifications, and strong English communication. Fully remote role from Argentina with CST hours and global client calls. Compensation reflects market rates and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads management with strategic ownership.
• Experience in home services PPC strongly preferred (plumbing/HVAC/electrical).
• Google Ads certification (Search and Display).

Responsabilités

• Own Google Ads strategy for ~20 active clients across Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Manage and optimize Local Services Ads for home services clients.
• Build and optimize landing pages in GoHighLevel and via AI tools.
• Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structure to lower CPAs and improve ROAS.
• Build and maintain negative keywords, audiences, and targeting logic.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution in GA4 and GTM.
• Create performance dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Execute bulk campaign changes in Google Ads Editor.
• Join client calls 1–2 times per month to review strategy and results.
• Spot opportunities and act on them proactively.
