AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and expertise with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, with upper-intermediate English.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and data owners to deliver scalable analytics, document KPIs, and maintain data quality across the data

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and decision-support analytics.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
