Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and visuals.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, Snowflake or SAP data sources, and upper-intermediate English. You will work in an Agile, distributed team with remote and office options.
Qualifications
- 4+ years building Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visuals.
- Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms and SAP sources.
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytics needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
- Collaborate with IT and data owners on data availability.
- Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting across source → platform → model → Power BI.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
- Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and decision-making.
