Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to design scalable analytics within an Agile environment.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling (DAX), SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. You will work with distributed teams and promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and data owners to ensure data availability.
Support onboarding of data from Snowflake and SAP sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Document data definitions and reporting logic.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
