Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Telephone Operator to join our Front Office team. You will be the personal point of contact for guests from arrival to departure, delivering the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness.

You will answer calls and emails, handle bookings for restaurants, assist with complaints, collaborate with all hotel departments, and provide administrative support while showcasing the art of hospitality and your dedication to guests.

Formación

• Training in the hospitality industry.
• Front office experience is a plus.
• Communication is friendly and professional.
• Love for the art of hospitality.
• Perfect English.
• High level of quality awareness and service orientation.
• Teamwork and mutual support are core values.
• Positive charisma and good manners.
• Pleasant and calm telephone voice.
• PC skills such as Microsoft Office, SAP and TMS are advantages.

Responsabilidades
