Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist focused on Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts. You will own campaigns end-to-end, optimize for ROAS, and clearly explain actions and results. The role is 100% remote across LATAM with flexible hours and direct impact on scaling high-value accounts.

Responsibilities include building and testing campaign structures, managing budgets, and partnering with creative/analytics to improve conversions. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on (not just oversight).
• Proven eCommerce performance experience with clear examples.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend for a single account (largest monthly budget you managed).
• Strong fundamentals in audience strategy, creative testing, account structure, scaling methods, and performance diagnosis.
• Clear English communication: concise, structured, able to explain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce (prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA when relevant).
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages) and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken (what changed, why, impact).
• Collaborate with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversions and post-click performance.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs, attribution).
