Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for eCommerce end-to-end in a 100% remote LATAM setup. You will launch, optimize campaigns, and clearly explain actions and results, driving growth for high-value accounts.

You’ll manage budgets, build testing roadmaps, and collaborate with creative and analytics to improve conversion and ROAS. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on.
• Proven eCommerce performance experience with clear examples.
• Experience managing monthly spend on Meta for a single account.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce (prospecting, retargeting, catalog/DPA).
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages).
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken (what changed, why, impact).
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance.
