Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This performance role requires launching, optimizing campaigns, and clearly explaining what you did and the impact.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, build testing roadmaps, and collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics to improve conversions and attribution. This role is 100% remote across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on for ecommerce.
• Proven ecommerce performance improvements with measurable results.
• Experience managing monthly Meta budgets (high spend).
• Strong audience strategy, testing, and account structure.
• Clear English communication and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly; communicate actions and impact.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics to improve conversions.
• Ensure tracking via Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs.
