BrandBuilding.com is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own and optimize paid media strategies across our portfolio of businesses. You’ll work hands-on on Google Ads and Meta Ads, using performance data to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

This role offers flexible hours and remote opportunities, an open PTO policy, and a multicultural team at a market-proven, fast-growing company committed to growth and impact.

Formación

• 2–4 years managing paid ads (agency a plus).
• Experience collaborating within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to present results to clients and translate technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of data feeds and GMC setup.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to process development and account management best practices.
• Set up campaigns optimized for sales and leads.
• Configure custom audiences and niche segments for targeting.
• Analyze results in GA4 and dashboards to inform optimization.
• Develop strategies for optimization based on KPIs and best practices.
• Monitor new advertising features and industry trends and recommend methods.
• Bonus: GMC operations and data feeds strategy aligned with client goals.
