Power Digital is seeking a Paid Media Supervisor to own performance, strategy, and growth across major multi-channel accounts. You will collaborate with the Associate Media Director on strategic direction while handling execution, testing, and reporting in a remote-first setup.

You will lead client conversations as a subject-matter expert, mentor a growing team of Media Managers, and advocate data-driven decisions to boost results.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of paid media experience.
• Budget management across multiple accounts (monthly budgets $100K–$1MM+).
• Strong background in paid media strategy, planning, testing, and measurement across channels.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, and programmatic channels.
• Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, and lead testing cadences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of paid media accounts.
• Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals.
• Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and ideation.
• Mentor a team of Media Managers and coordinate with account teams.
• Align media strategy with client goals and business outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for owned accounts and client communications.
