UMAЕZ LLC in the United States is seeking a Creative Strategist to own research and concept development for US-market brands. You’ll generate 15–20 net-new concepts weekly across video and image formats, focusing on direct-response hooks that convert cold traffic.

You’ll script and brief editors, drive the creative pipeline from discovery to post-launch analysis, and collaborate with the Lead Strategist and design teams.

Formación

• Proven direct-response experience with scripts, hooks, or ad concepts on paid socials
• Strong copywriting across video and static formats
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and awareness stages
• Obsessive researcher who finds angles others miss
• High output capacity: 15–20 concepts per week

Responsabilidades

• Research → ideation → scripting → post-launch performance analysis and iteration
• Writing clear briefs for editors and designers to move fast
• Owning the creative pipeline for assigned brands
