KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan, and manage the full creative process for high-converting DTC ads across Meta and other paid channels. You will lead VSLs and UGC strategies with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, while leveraging an AI stack in production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct response experience in DTC, strong VSL copywriting, and hands-on data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 3+ years direct response experience for DTC brands or agencies
• Deep DTC experience with brands and spend levels
• Proven VSL copywriting for DR/performance brands
• Experience with Meta VSLs (short and long form) and AI stack
• Excellent data analysis and performance interpretation

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end VSLs and creative briefs
• Drive creative testing and optimization with performance data
• Produce at least 15 ad briefs per week
• Collaborate with marketing and editors on testing and concepts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly creative performance reports
