Umaez LLC is seeking a Creative Coordinator to support the Lead Creative Strategist in a high-volume DTC environment. This fully remote role focuses on QA, meeting prep, performance monitoring, and competitive research to enable strategic thinking and faster execution.

You'll work with the Ops team on performance tracking, direct-response metrics, and rapid iteration of creative assets. The position emphasizes detail, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• DR/DTC marketing background with 2+ years experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues early.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and PM tools (Sheets, Notion, ClickUp).
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Clear, direct written communication; actionable Slack messages.
• Reasonable timezone overlap with Lead Strategist.

Responsabilidades

• Daily TikTok ad review and QA against guidelines and best practices.
• Prepare barebone meeting decks for recurring creative meetings.
• Monitor editor/designer performance and flag issues to prevent delays.
• Compile data for monthly creative team performance reviews.
• Conduct daily competitive research and log top concepts with notes.
• Support ad hoc creative operations tasks for the Lead Strategist.
