JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Manager in Buenos Aires within Payments leadership for Corporate Sales in Latin America. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver insights, manage priorities, and strengthen governance across functions.

You will influence outcomes, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to advance regional priorities and ensure risk controls and performance reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in financial services or strategic business role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex information into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to craft presentations.
• Confident leader with ability to influence outcomes and build cross-team relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced, consulting-style environments.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to scale automated reporting and dashboards; familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business heads as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead performance management with financial analysis, reporting, and communicating results.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with policy objectives.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and process improvements.
• Drive change by prioritizing issues and leading initiatives to completion.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management.
• Oversee expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to achieve objectives.
• Support business resiliency and continuity efforts.
