Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, business management, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex information into key insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to create compelling presentations.
• Confident leader capable of influencing outcomes and building cross-team relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI-enabled workflows for data prep and reporting.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business heads as trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead performance management activities, including financial analysis, reporting, and communication of results.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with objectives and policies.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and process improvements.
• Drive change by prioritizing issues, proposing solutions, and leading initiatives to completion.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives.
• Oversee expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to achieve objectives.
• Support business resiliency and continuity efforts.
