JPMorganChase in Buenos Aires is seeking a Payments solutions lead to drive growth across Latin America. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, differentiated value propositions and lead proposal execution with coverage and product teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities include managing LATAM RFPs/RFIs end-to-end, coordinating internal teams, building a reusable content library, and shaping strategy and pricing inputs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting transaction banking, payments, or cash management solutions in client-facing or sales-support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end proposal delivery with project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written communication skills for client-ready documents and presentations.
• Strong verbal communication skills for client calls and partner presentations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured narratives and clear next steps.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and approval readiness of deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Support solution design across payment rails and related digital/payment capabilities; participate in client discovery calls and co-present proposals.
• Own intake, triage, and end-to-end coordination for LATAM Payment Rails RFPs/RFIs; manage timelines and internal reporting.
• Coordinate unsolicited proposals; shape pursuit strategy and content with Coverage, Marketing and Product.
• Build and maintain a regional RFP pipeline (active, upcoming, proactive).
• Draft and assemble responses that are accurate, consistent, and client-ready; tailor narratives to industry and operating model.
• Drive alignment across Coverage teams, Product Management, and stakeholders; coordinate pricing inputs and scope.
• Capture and share RFP insights to inform roadmap and go-to-market refinements.
• Maintain a reusable content library to speed submissions and raise quality.
