JPMorgan Chase & Co. Buenos Aires Corporate Center is seeking a Payments Operations Specialist to support and execute daily payment routines for LATAM branches (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile).

You will monitor SLAs, reconcile payments, manage reference data, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates are advanced students or graduates in Business, Administration, Information Systems, fluent in Spanish with advanced English, and experienced in payments operations, data

Formación

Advanced student or graduate in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
2+ years’ experience in payments operations or related functions.
Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and operational data handling.

Responsabilidades

Execute and control end-to-end daily payment routines, meeting SLAs.
Manage reference data: account setup, closure, maintenance; block/unblock accounts.
Monitor and reconcile payments and balances; troubleshoot and elevate exceptions as needed.
Produce and analyze periodic metrics and reports to surface performance and opportunities.
Keep SOPs updated; map “as-is”.
Partner closely with Product, Implementation, Customer Service, Sales, and other Operations on client requests.
Propose process improvements focused on efficiency, control, and client experience.
