Indero is hiring a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. The role includes bank reconciliations, handling vendor payments, and assisting with monthly cash flow and audits. Flexible schedule and home-based position are offered.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
