Job summary

Indero is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support the Argentina entity from a home-based position in Buenos Aires. The role covers day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly/annual closing activities, with coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.
