Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a multi-entity environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration; Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience; Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred; Intermediate to advanced English; Proficient in accounting principles and methods; Proficient with accounting systems; Detail oriented and well organized; Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities; Maintains confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments scheduling.
• Prepare information for external auditors and support annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.
