Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting operations for the local entity. Responsibilities include reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly closings, and collaboration with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support daily accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
