Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow, and audit support, coordinating with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, tax withholdings, month-end closings, and aid during audits. Flexible schedule and home-based position offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Assist auditors during the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls.
